You are the expert on yourself. Your experiences, instincts, feelings, and aspirations are unique to you. My goal is to get to know your story and support you as you navigate challenging seasons of life to find freedom and healing. Your vulnerability in seeking help is not taken lightly. I am amazed at the resiliency of human beings and their ability to overcome past hurt and difficult circumstances. My desire is to build on the strengths you already possess and equip you with the necessary tools to find restoration.

I graduated from the University of Maryland with a Master’s Degree in Social Work. I am a board-certified Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). I work with individual adults, couples, and families. When working with individuals, my focus includes trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, and self-esteem. I have completed Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) training to assist you in processing past trauma. I can support your family in navigating major life transitions, changes to family dynamics, or other stressful events. I have completed Level 1 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy in order to provide you and your partner with a space to work through relationship challenges and grow towards a deeper understanding of each other.

Whether you are at the beginning of your journey or have been striving for personal growth for some time, I look forward to collaborating with you as you seek to restore relationships and find personal healing. I would be honored to walk beside you.
