There are times in our life that naturally allow for greater reflection – a graduation, career change, new relationship or family status change, or perhaps a milestone birthday…..Do you look around and wonder if you could be happier – or wish that you could find more joy in your life?
We all go through periods of emotional distress. For some people, the problems are short-term, and no treatment is needed. But for others, participating in talk therapy can make a significant difference in how they feel and possibly change their outlook on life. Whether you’re dealing with the loss of a loved one, coping with a medical illness, or feeling anxious, stressed, or depressed, therapy might serve as a safe place to discuss these triggers. Once the issues are identified, we will work together to better understand how these stressors are affecting your life and explore strategies and solutions to help decrease the severity of the symptoms.
I am a licensed Master’s Level Social Worker and offer a warm, supportive environment for you to share your burdens.
