“Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it.” – Charles R. Swindoll.
The hardest part in life is moving on when life has pushed you down. Life could give you a thousand reasons to lie down and “take it”, but if you look close enough it could also give you a billion reasons to fight back. Often, we are not afraid of fighting back we are afraid of how life would look after the match.
Therapy is a great place to learn how to adapt to that new reality.
I am a Licensed Clinician with extensive professional experience in mental health and case management. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. I have expertise in several mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, and so much more. I am well-versed in individual, family, couples, and group therapy. I have supported individuals with a plethora of concerns regarding social-emotional well-being, self-esteem, parenting /interpersonal relationship challenges, etc. “Life expectancy for those with severe mental illness is around 15 years lower for women and 20 years lower for men compared with the general population”. It’s time to bring the life expectancy rate up.
I empower individuals by allowing them to process and maneuver through their life challenges as they see fit. You can look forward to having a bias-free, committed therapist who is there to help you navigate through mental health concerns and different life challenges. I look forward to helping you create, implement, and sustain healthy boundaries and effective communication.
Are you ready for the challenge?
