I believe it’s important in therapy to provide collaborative efforts to help assist individuals who may be navigating through challenging times and are in need of support. In life there are moments of uncertainty and unpredictability that may yield the need for specific guidance that is unique to the individual or family. I am able to offer warm concern that is focused on achieving personal change and growth goals. My ultimate purpose is to connect, understand, and grow therapeutic relationships that are tailored to the needs and desires of the client.

With a Master’s Degree in Couples & Family Counseling, I offer supportive services to older adolescents, adult individuals, couples, and family units. I welcome the opportunity to assist clients who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, transitional concerns, marital discord, infidelity, divorce, co-parenting challenges, blended family factors, addiction, or chronic health complications. I have a special interest in working with our service professionals and their families such as military, first responders, medical personnel, clergy/pastoral staff, politicians, legal professionals, educators, professional counselors, and caretakers. This special interest extends to anyone that provides service to others, that may be exposed to secondary/vicarious trauma, or that may experience transient moves.
